Description
Analysis of fluorescent aerolysin protein (FLAER), CD14, CD15, CD24, CD33, CD45, CD59, CD64, and CD235a to detect GPI-deficient PNH cells. RBC, monocytes, and granulocytes are analyzed and reported separately, using an ultra-sensitive 7-color flow cytometry assay.
