Hemogram and auto differential: Specimens are stable if stored at room temperature for 1 day.
Hemogram: Specimens are stable if stored at room temperature for 1 day or refrigerated for 72 hours.
Auto differential: Specimens are stable if stored at room temperature for 1 day or refrigerated for 36 hours. If the specimen has been refrigerated between 36 and 72 hours, a manual differential may be reviewed and reported if morphology is acceptable.
