Description

Fluorescence in-situ hybridization (FISH) using a DNA probe set to identify translocations of ETV6 associated with infantile fibrosarcomas, secretory carcinoma of the breast, congenital mesoblastic nephroma, myeloproliferative disorders, myelodysplastic syndromes, acute myeloid leukemias, chronic myeloid leukemia, and lymphoblastic leukemia.
